Environmental Construction, Inc. has been a premier general engineering contractor since its establishment in 1986. The company focuses on public works construction throughout Southern California. Its areas of specialization include athletic complexes and fields, parks and recreation facilities, landfill gas collection systems, and general site improvement projects. ECI is currently looking to hire seasoned estimators for its estimating team. Preference will be given to applicants with a background in Heavy Civil estimating. Familiarity with HCSS Heavy Bid software is also advantageous.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Examine project plans and specifications to identify specific requirements.
• Perform precise quantity take-offs.
• Incorporate labor and equipment rates to prepare a finalized project estimate.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
• At least eight years of experience as a Senior Estimator.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with HCSS Heavy Bid and Viewpoint ProContractor is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of \"Dirt Take-off\" software.
