Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly wage of $19.25, which includes paid training.

• Availability of part-time and seasonal positions, typically involving 3 to 5 days per week with shifts lasting 8 to 10 hours.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support drivers by assisting with pre-trip inspections and vehicle evaluations.
• Safely and effectively load and unload parcels.
• Follow delivery routes and address challenges as they arise.
• Maintain adherence to all safety rules and company guidelines.
• Perform duties in a physically demanding and rapid-paced setting.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds and performing physical tasks.
• Proficient in using GPS systems and comfortable with driving after dark.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.
• Must comply with the company\'s uniform requirements.
• Successfully pass a comprehensive 7-year background investigation and a drug screening.

Previous experience is advantageous but not mandatory. A background in rideshare or food delivery services, such as with Uber, Lyft, or DoorDash, is considered a positive attribute.
