Position: Accountant/Bookkeeper for Construction Firm

Location: Sherman Oaks, California

Schedule: Full-Time Position. Availability required six days weekly from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping.
  • Oversee and maintain employee records.
  • Collect client payments and handle invoice processing.
  • Perform regular bank account reconciliations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Demonstrated background in bookkeeping and accounting.
  • Bilingual ability in Hebrew is a strong advantage.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfortable and proficient with computer systems.
  • Possesses excellent communication abilities.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office and financial management software.
  • Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.

Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from $6,000 to $8,000, commensurate with experience.
