The Position:

We are seeking a keen, analytical, and commercially-oriented professional to become our Business Financial and Strategy Analyst. This position integrates financial modeling, business analysis, key performance indicator monitoring, and strategic project management to enhance operational effectiveness and support the expansion of FCA\'s funding and service divisions.

Primary Duties:

• Examine financial and operational information to detect patterns, potential risks, and avenues for expansion.
• Create and manage models to monitor funding performance, return on investment, cash flow, and collections.
• Work with leadership to produce strategic forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards.
• Assess new business ventures, pricing approaches, and opportunities for cross-selling services.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operational teams to track key performance indicators.
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to aid executive-level decision-making.
• Assist in capital planning and efforts to establish financial partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a similar discipline (an MBA is advantageous).
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in financial analysis, business strategy, or corporate development.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial modeling; familiarity with CRM or business intelligence tools is desirable.
• Solid grasp of financial statements and essential performance metrics.
• Outstanding abilities in communication, presentation, and resolving complex problems.
• Prior background in legal funding, financial services, or the lending sector is highly beneficial.
