Position: Finance Coordinator for Construction Firm
Location: Woodland Hills, California
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Thursday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee and handle all project files from initiation to closure.
- Keep digital records precise and well-ordered within the corporate CRM platform.
- Generate comprehensive job summaries detailing loan arrangements, financial institutions, and payment timelines.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on active projects to guarantee prompt approvals, disbursements, and finalization.
- Engage in daily discussions with sales representatives to verify documentation correctness and project updates.
- Liaise directly with lending partners and cultivate robust, professional connections with their contacts.
- Confirm that all contractual, financial, and product documents are fully executed, correct, and meet regulations prior to being sent.
- Monitor the progression of loans and refresh CRM entries to show current status for each case.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Prior background in finance, lending, or construction/home improvement operations is desirable.
- Superior organizational and task-management abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication talents for fostering relationships.
- Capacity to perform effectively under tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Collaborative mindset with a forward-thinking, solution-oriented approach.
- Skilled in using CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and standard digital record-keeping tools.
Remuneration:
