Job Summary:

In the role of CFO, you will manage financial planning, analysis, and operational activities for our automotive loan offerings. You will deliver strategic direction, maintain fiscal health, and promote business expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute financial plans for automotive lending products
• Supervise financial planning, budget creation, and forecasting
• Evaluate financial results and offer actionable insights
• Maintain relationships with investors, banking partners, and other financial entities
• Guarantee adherence to all applicable financial rules and regulations
• Direct finance departments and cultivate team talent
• Formulate approaches for handling unforeseen or non-standard loan products
• Assess and reduce possible risks linked to atypical lending
• Work with teams across different functions to support business growth

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of CFO-level experience within automotive lending or financial services
• Robust skills in financial analysis and strategic planning
• Familiarity with financial software and operational procedures
• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal communication abilities
• Background in overseeing high-risk loan portfolios
• Understanding of non-traditional financing structures
• Proven competency in risk assessment and control
