Bridges to Recovery, located in Beverly Hills, California, is seeking a Housekeeper to join its team.

The standard schedule for this position is Friday through Tuesday, from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Per Diem arrangements will also be considered.

Bridges to Recovery specializes in treating individuals facing diverse mental health and co-occurring conditions, such as mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma-related issues, and psychotic disorders. The program combines clinical expertise with a supportive, luxury residential setting, creating an environment where clients can address the underlying causes of their challenges and develop skills for lasting personal growth.

The Housekeeper is tasked with maintaining the overall cleanliness of the facility and assisting clients with basic housekeeping responsibilities.

The compensation for this role is $21.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

• Mopping floors and replacing mop heads.
• Cleaning and organizing linens.
• Cleaning and disinfecting bathroom areas.
• Dusting surfaces.
• Emptying trash receptacles.
• Interacting with clients and colleagues in a consistently professional, ethical, and compassionate manner.
• Applying age- and gender-appropriate communication techniques.
• Utilizing multicultural communication skills to meet the needs of patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Performing additional cleaning tasks as directed by the Facilities Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• A high school diploma or an equivalent credential.
• Possession of a valid California driver\'s license.
• Previous experience in a treatment center environment is preferred.

The compensation range for the Housekeeper position is $21.00 per hour.

This stated range applies only to hires based in California and will be adjusted according to candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in locations outside of California may vary based on the local cost of living.
