Sweet Butter Kitchen, located in Sherman Oaks, is seeking an experienced barista to join its team. Candidates must have previous hands-on experience with manual espresso machines and milk steaming.

We are looking for an individual who:

• Possesses a genuine passion for coffee.
• Comprehends the dial-in process and the flavor profile of a properly extracted espresso shot.
• Is capable of creating latte art; when submitting your application, please describe the designs you can produce or include photographs.
• Understands the ideal consistency, temperature, and mouthfeel of expertly prepared coffee beverages.
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Is proactive and takes initiative.
• Maintains a high attention to detail.
• Works with both speed and efficiency.
• Keeps their work area clean and well-organized.
• Is intelligent and able to learn new tasks quickly.
