Become a part of the team at ¡Salud!, a dynamic Latin-inspired café that offers a distinct experience from day to night, evolving into a cocktail lounge in the evening. Drawing inspiration from the rich flavors and festive essence of Latin cultures worldwide, our establishment merges a refined daytime coffee service with a creative craft cocktail menu after dark. The culinary offerings are crafted to enhance the inviting, lively, and joyous ambiance of both the coffee and bar services. During the day, the menu presents hearty, familiar dishes intended to harmonize with the coffee selection. As night falls, the cuisine transitions to more refined and robust flavors designed to pair with the sophisticated cocktail program.

We are currently assembling our inaugural Kitchen Team!

We are seeking applicants for the following roles:

• Morning Cook (Line and Grill)
• Morning Prep Cook
• Morning Dishwashers

• Evening Dishwasher

6. Food Safety Awareness and Credentials
   Knowledgeable in safe food handling, temperature management, and cross-contamination avoidance.
   Must hold a valid California ServSafe certification.
7. Commitment to Uniformity and Precision
   Replicates dishes accurately, focuses on presentation, and upholds established guidelines.
