Our chefs, who are dedicated to quality, prepare our burgers with the same focus and expertise they apply to the prime steaks at American Beauty. Beloved by both residents and culinary professionals, The Win~Dow has expanded from a simple local stand into a sought-after location with a devoted following, serving more than 3,000 satisfied customers each week.

• Competitive pay plus tips (approximately $19 to $23 per hour including tips)
