About This Job

The Team Member will perform effectively within a dynamic and rapid-paced setting, engaging directly with customers, collaborating closely with colleagues to fulfill duties, and executing additional tasks as directed by the restaurant\'s supervisory staff.

Furthermore, the individual will:

• Adhere strictly to all established company policies and instructions.
• Uphold and advance the objectives, decisions, and directions set by the management team, maintaining a cooperative and compliant attitude.
• Consistently achieve shift expectations to support the overall success of the restaurant.
• Engage in clear communication with fellow team members and supervisors to address and resolve any interpersonal matters when necessary.
• Comply with all company procedures governing food and monetary security; observe all guidelines for cost management to reduce and control restaurant expenses; utilize all products, supplies, and equipment appropriately and as intended.

Open interviews are scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, continuing until 4:00 PM, at our Burbank venue.
