Position Overview

The Wedding Coordinator will manage all facets of wedding planning and on-site execution at our venue, guaranteeing a smooth and remarkable experience for each couple and their attendees. This involves coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal staff to provide outstanding service while maintaining the venue\'s elevated standards.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee weddings for 99 guests or more, including extensive celebrations.
  • Act as the main liaison for couples from the initial booking through the wedding day.
  • Work closely with catering teams, event staff, florists, photographers, and other vendors to implement detailed schedules.
  • Lead site tours, client consultations, and final walkthroughs.
  • Develop comprehensive event timelines, floor plans, rehearsal schedules, and ceremony logistics.
  • Aid with décor setup, ceremony coordination, and the overall flow of the reception.
  • Ensure all events comply with venue policies, safety regulations, and guest expectations.
  • Certain duties, such as email correspondence, planning, and scheduling, may be conducted remotely from home.

Qualifications

  • Your resume must demonstrate at least five years of professional experience in wedding or event coordination.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing large weddings (99+ guests) while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and skills in client relationship management.
  • Willingness to work on weekends, evenings, and on event days as required.
  • Proficiency with event management software, timeline creation, and vendor coordination.
  • A calm, polished, and professional attitude within a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
