Responsibilities:

  • Follow provided recipes and prepare food in strict accordance with the chefs\' specifications and the restaurant\'s standards.
  • Organize and supply the cooking line to facilitate a seamless and effective service flow.
  • Carry out a range of culinary techniques, such as grilling, sautéing, frying, and baking.
  • Verify that every dish dispatched from the kitchen aligns with the quality benchmarks of the establishment.

  • Sustain a tidy and systematic workstation while adhering to all sanitation and health regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a line cook in a restaurant is advantageous.
  • Capability to perform in a rapid-paced setting and complete orders promptly.
  • A constructive outlook and the aptitude to work effectively under stress while cooperating with other kitchen staff and chefs.
  • Ability to execute superior work independently.
  • Readiness to undertake other assigned kitchen duties and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in handling cash transactions accurately and operating a POS system.
  • Valid Food Handler Certification.
  • Must be able to remain standing for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
  • A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is preferred.
