Front of House (F.O.H.) Duties

Responsibilities for this role include greeting customers, taking their orders, making helpful suggestions to enhance their meal, and accurately entering orders into our point-of-sale system. Staff will present food to guests in a courteous and professional way, aid in various preparation tasks, and contribute to keeping the dining area clean and welcoming.

Back of House (B.O.H.) Duties

Kitchen staff are responsible for preparing ingredients for daily service, ensuring all kitchen equipment and surfaces are sanitized, and that all food items are correctly labeled and stored. Additional duties involve receiving and organizing food deliveries, assisting with inventory management, and providing support to the front-of-house team as required.

General Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• A high school diploma or an equivalent credential (such as a G.E.D.) is required.
