• Full-Time Line Cook for dinner service
• Part-Time Line Cook with a flexible schedule
• Brunch Line Cook for fast-paced, high-volume weekend shifts

This is not a kitchen that relies on pre-made components. Every dish is prepared fresh, with deliberate care focused on flavor and precise execution. You will join a compact, dedicated team characterized by collaboration and skill, free from unnecessary drama or ego.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Substantial kitchen experience, with a preference for backgrounds in high-volume or from-scratch operations.
• The ability to maintain cleanliness, speed, and focus during busy periods when orders accumulate.
