We are looking for a dependable and meticulous Housekeeper to ensure a consistently clean, orderly, and inviting home atmosphere. The perfect applicant will be self-motivated, honest, and capable of working autonomously to handle routine cleaning duties effectively.

Key Duties:

• Execute standard cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Ensure bedrooms, bathrooms, shared living areas, and the kitchen are cleaned and organized.
• Replace bed linens, prepare beds, and handle laundry when required.
• Notify the household when supplies like toiletries and cleaning materials need replenishing.
• Keep closets, storage areas, and common rooms neat and orderly.
• Correctly dispose of all trash and recyclable materials.
• Report any necessary maintenance or repairs.
• Adhere to established sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Uphold the privacy of the household and respect confidentiality.
• Provide occasional help with errands or minor household chores if asked.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and efficient work habits.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness.
• Must have reliable transportation to the worksite.
• Capable of lifting up to 15 pounds and performing physical labor.
• Able to work without direct supervision and manage time effectively.
• Possess good verbal communication skills.

The schedule is for 25 to 35 hours per week, typically from 9:00 or 10:00 in the morning until 3:00 or 4:00 in the afternoon. The pay rate is between $18 and $20 per hour.
