Part-Time Housekeeper Needed - Santa Monica

This position requires availability for two to three full days per week on a fixed schedule. The start time is somewhat flexible and can be mutually agreed upon. The work location is in the North of Montana neighborhood of Santa Monica.

Primary Duties

• Vacuum all flooring and baseboards, followed by dusting and washing floors.
• Perform thorough cleaning of the kitchen.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Launder bed linens and remake beds.
• Organize and maintain general household tidiness.
• Assist with laundry, including folding and putting away clothing.
• Help with unpacking groceries and delivered packages as needed.
• Let dogs out into the yard and refill their water bowl. No other pet care is required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of experience in private residential housekeeping.
• A demonstrated history of longevity in previous roles.
• Effective communication is essential. While speaking English is not required, you must be able to communicate effectively using a translation service.
• Must have reliable personal transportation to and from the family\'s residence in the North of Montana area of Santa Monica.
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory.

• Cleaning bathrooms.
• Washing linens and making beds.
• Organizing and maintaining a tidy home.
• Assisting with laundry, including folding and organizing clothes.
• Helping to unpack groceries and packages as necessary.
• Letting dogs out into the yard and refilling their water bowl. No additional pet care is needed.

Qualifications

• Over three years of experience in private residential housekeeping.
• Longevity in previous positions.
• Ability to communicate effectively is required; speaking English is not mandatory if communication can be managed with a translator.

Reliable transportation to and from the family\'s home in the North of Montana area of Santa Monica is necessary. A clean driving record and background check are required.
