NOW HIRING: GENERAL WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE – Order Fulfillment and Organization

Compensation: $16.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Additional Hours: Overtime and weekend work may be necessary depending on operational demands.
Flexibility: Must be available for on-call assignments as needed, based on shipping and receiving schedules.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking reliable and driven team members to join our distribution center located in Commerce, California. This position operates in a dynamic setting, primarily focused on preparing orders for shipment through picking, packing, and sorting activities. PRIMARY DUTIES

• Precisely select and package products for customer orders.
• Categorize and arrange items according to type or shipping destination.
• Ensure the workspace is kept orderly and hazard-free.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be capable of remaining on feet, lifting objects, and being mobile for the duration of the shift.
• Able to lift items weighing between 25 and 50 pounds.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Demonstrated dependability and consistent attendance.
• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
