Second Shift Shipping/Receiving Forklift Operator - $22.50 per Hour

One position is available. The core schedule is from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, but extended hours, potentially up to 11:00 PM, may be required. The successful candidate must be available for overtime and weekend work as dictated by business demands. This is a temporary role anticipated to last two to three months to support the peak season.

Summary

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for maintaining an efficient movement of materials within the warehouse. This role involves processing materials, managing inventory control through various warehouse systems, handling documentation in line with established workflows and protocols, and adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Job Functions and Purpose

• Organizes the stocking and layout of warehouse inventory in accordance with company policies.
• Offers training, assists with scheduling, and provides direction to warehouse staff.
• Examines incoming goods, records any damage or discrepancies, and promptly notifies the relevant department as per procedure.
• Accurately completes all documentation related to received goods and processes delivery receipts in a timely fashion.
• Supports inventory accuracy by overseeing daily warehouse operations and participating in periodic inventory counts.
• Coordinates the transfer of materials between the storage facility and the production area.
• Executes assigned duties in compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, as well as company policies.
• Upholds safety standards within the warehouse environment.
• Follows OSHA regulations and safe work practices, including the use of required personal protective equipment.
• Processes inventory transactions for the receipt and shipment of farm-out orders.
• Handles the scanning and reporting of documents for both farm-out orders and internal receipts.
• Manages the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies, including packages sent via UPS and FedEx.
• Works collaboratively with production teams, customer service representatives, and other personnel involved in the product shipment process.
• Monitors, tracks, and provides updates on the status of outgoing shipments.
