Seeking a skilled professional with extensive handyman and craftsmanship abilities for a permanent position. This role involves maintaining properties and performing repairs between tenants for a real estate management and construction firm.

Required Experience and Skills

• A minimum of five years of practical, hands-on experience in multiple trades is essential.
• Key trade areas include tiling, drywall installation, framing, plumbing, electrical work, and stucco application.
• Candidates proficient in several of these trades, such as a combination of tiling, drywall, plumbing, and framing, are highly preferred.
• This diverse skill set is necessary for both ongoing apartment maintenance and rehabilitation or construction projects.

Additional Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver\'s license, own a full set of tools, and have reliable personal transportation.
• Applicants must have a clean record, with no history of criminal activity, drug-related offenses, or DUIs.
• The ideal candidate will be personable, reliable, stable, and bondable, with trustworthy and dependable work habits.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are mandatory.
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is a significant advantage.
• The majority of work assignments will be located in the South Bay and Long Beach regions.
