Hiring Experienced Restoration Technician (Torrance)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Traveling to various worksites, including residential and commercial properties.
• Performing demolition tasks as part of the restoration process.
• Establishing containment areas at job sites.
• Conducting thorough cleanup upon completion of work.
• Installing and configuring drying equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and other specialized machinery.
• Overseeing the drying progression and providing professional customer interaction.
• Completing general labor assignments as needed.
• Operating various power tools safely and effectively.

Candidate Requirements:

• Possession of a valid driver\'s license.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Superior customer service abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior construction experience is advantageous, though we provide training for motivated individuals.
• A constructive, proactive attitude and exceptional client relations skills.
• Fundamental proficiency with iPad data entry.
• A clean driving record and valid driver\'s license.
• Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Previous background in water damage restoration or construction is beneficial but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided to suitable applicants.
