Full-Time Position | Hourly Rate: $19–$22 | On-Call Requirements | Overtime Opportunities

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable, driven, and practical individuals to join our team as Restoration Technicians. In this frontline role, you will provide essential services at residential and commercial properties impacted by disasters such as water intrusion, fire, smoke, and mold. Daily tasks include demolition, debris removal, operating specialized equipment, and performing basic plumbing disconnections. This physically demanding and rewarding career path is ideal for those who wish to play a direct part in helping clients restore their properties and recover from challenging circumstances.

Primary Duties

  • Address property damage emergencies involving water, fire, smoke, and mold.
  • Install and oversee drying equipment and dehumidifiers.
  • Perform demolition and removal of compromised materials, including drywall, flooring, cabinets, and insulation.
  • Disconnect basic plumbing fixtures such as sinks, dishwashers, and water heaters to facilitate mitigation work.
  • Execute mold remediation procedures in accordance with established safety protocols.
  • Record moisture readings, site conditions, and completed tasks accurately using company documentation systems.
  • Keep work areas orderly and safe by adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with customers, colleagues, and management.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, work in confined areas, and perform manual demolition.
  • Willingness to work in diverse and potentially challenging environments, including fire-damaged, mold-affected, or poorly lit spaces.
  • Prior experience disconnecting household plumbing fixtures is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Possession of a valid driver\'s license and consistent transportation.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background investigation.
  • Previous work in restoration, demolition, or construction is advantageous.
  • IICRC certification is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Work Schedule

  • Standard shifts are 10 hours in length.
  • Must be available for on-call duties, night shifts, holiday work, and weekends.
  • Overtime work is often available.
