About the Role

We are looking for a practical, full-time Ranch Handyman and Crew Supervisor to manage and collaborate directly with our property and ranch team. This is a permanent opportunity for a reliable and accountable individual prepared to join our organization as a key member.

The team is responsible for several ranch and residential estates, managing landscaping, pool care, and general maintenance. In this supervisory capacity, you will both direct the crew and personally execute skilled handyman duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and organize daily assignments for the ranch and property crew.
• Carry out general handyman repairs, which include:
  1. Elementary plumbing work such as replacing toilets or sinks, clearing blockages, and minor repairs.
  2. Basic framing, carpentry, and light welding tasks.
  3. Maintenance of pool and yard equipment.
• Help with landscaping, planting trees, lawn care, and general property maintenance as required.
• Diagnose issues and adapt to new repair and maintenance challenges as they occur.
• Be reachable seven days a week for emergency situations (this implies being on-call when necessary, not working continuously).
• Assume responsibility for projects and guarantee work meets quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated background as a handyman, ranch worker, or property/crew supervisor.
• Proficiency in plumbing, carpentry, welding, and general upkeep.
• Capability to operate and service pool, landscaping, and ranch machinery.
• Solid leadership qualities with the ability to guide and inspire a small team.
• Trustworthy, conscientious, and available for urgent requirements.
• Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
