We are a commercial general contractor based in Los Angeles with a full schedule, focusing on the following areas:

Areas of Specialization

• Commercial construction projects, including office spaces, restaurants, retail establishments, and tenant improvements.
• Ongoing maintenance services for multi-unit and commercial properties.
• High-end residential remodeling, particularly kitchens, bathrooms, and additions.

Our projects range from sophisticated commercial build-outs to practical maintenance assignments. We seek versatile and seasoned tradespeople capable of working autonomously and consistently producing high-quality work.

About the Position

This role involves a combination of commercial tenant improvement projects, building maintenance service calls, and small-scale remodeling. Weekly tasks will vary and may encompass:

• Painting
• Rough and finish carpentry
• Drywall installation and repair, including tape and texture matching
• Interior and exterior painting
• Flooring installation, such as tile, hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, and laminate
• Tile work for showers, backsplashes, and floors
• Plumbing repairs and replacements, including faucets, shower valves, garbage disposals, and water heaters
• Electrical work, including fixtures, recessed lighting, outlets, GFCI receptacles, and basic wiring
• Door and window installation
• Concrete and masonry tasks
• General building repairs and troubleshooting

Required Proficiency in at Least Five Areas

• Finish Carpentry, such as trim, molding, and cabinet installation
• Framing, both rough and finish
• Painting, interior and exterior
• Drywall installation, patching, taping, and texturing
• Plumbing, rough-in and finish
• Electrical fixtures, outlets, and lighting
• Tile installation on floors, walls, and backsplashes
• Flooring installation, including LVP, hardwood, tile, and laminate
• Concrete and Masonry, including flatwork and blockwork
• Door and Window Installation
• General Maintenance and Repairs

Requirements

• Must possess your own tools.
• Must have a reliable work truck; this is a firm requirement.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, with a valid Driver\'s License and Social Security Number.
• Must have a smartphone with internet access.
• Must be professional, dependable, and punctual.
• Must be able to work independently and follow plans or drawings.
• Proficiency in English is required; Spanish language skills are beneficial.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay rate is $30 to $40 or more per hour, based on skill level and experience.
• This is steady, year-round, full-time employment.
• There are opportunities for overtime on larger projects.
• The position can start immediately for a qualified candidate.
