Responsibilities

• Execute a wide range of general maintenance and repair tasks across apartment properties, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
• Address maintenance service requests and finalize assigned work orders promptly and with a professional approach.
• Carry out regular property inspections to proactively spot and resolve minor issues before they escalate.
• Keep the work area neat and orderly, and ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good condition.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with property management staff and residents about maintenance requirements and status updates.
• Travel to various property locations as necessary to complete maintenance duties.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be fluent in the Spanish language.
• Must hold a valid, unrestricted, and current driver\'s license issued by the state of California.
• Must own a full set of tools necessary for basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Previous experience in general maintenance and repair work is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Capable of working independently and managing one\'s own time efficiently.
