Job Responsibilities:

A maintenance company in Glendale is seeking an additional skilled handyman to perform minor and intermediate repairs on both vacant and occupied residential units. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, possess a clean driving record, have reliable personal transportation, and own a set of basic tools. Professionalism and courteous interaction with customers are essential.

The role requires the ability to use a smartphone to receive work assignments, take photographs, and operate relevant software applications. Examples of typical tasks include:

• Plumbing repairs and general handyman tasks
• Installation of flooring and shower tiles
• Patching and painting
• Installing electrical outlets and ceiling fans
• Stucco repair
• Replacing faucets and garbage disposals
• Installing door locks and performing basic carpentry

All work must be completed to high-quality and professional standards. Both full-time and part-time schedules are possible, but reliability is a strict requirement. Standard hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, though some variation may occur. Most properties are small multifamily buildings or single-family homes located within a 15-mile radius of Glendale. Bilingual ability is considered an advantage.
