House Cleaners Needed – 50/50 Split + Daily Pay + 100% Tips (San Gabriel Valley)

Neighborhood Clean Company is currently seeking two dependable and seasoned residential cleaning professionals. Our service area includes Pasadena, Altadena, Monrovia, Arcadia, La Cañada, and nearby communities.

This position offers regular work assignments, adaptable scheduling, and prompt payment. Our team manages all client relations and administrative tasks, allowing you to concentrate solely on cleaning duties.

Position Details

• Standard residential cleaning services
• Thorough deep cleaning and move-out cleans
• Flexible scheduling - accept assignments that match your free time
• Most assignments last between two and four hours
• This is an Independent Contractor role (1099)

Compensation Structure

This is not an hourly wage position.

We operate on a direct fifty-fifty revenue share for each completed job.

This model includes:

• You receive fifty percent of the total fee for each assignment
• Payments are issued daily
• You keep one hundred percent of all client tips
• Additional bonuses are awarded for five-star client reviews

Many cleaners favor this system as it often provides greater income potential compared to traditional hourly rates.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential cleaning
• Access to fundamental cleaning equipment (specialized products are supplied as required)
• Consistent personal transportation
• A mobile phone with text messaging functionality
• Must be punctual, attentive to detail, and conduct yourself respectfully in client homes
• Successful completion of a background screening is mandatory
