We are now seeking a full-time Pool Service Technician to become a member of our crew. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided, making this an excellent opportunity for both seasoned professionals and those new to the field.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing routine weekly maintenance on residential swimming pools.
• Conducting water testing and balancing chemistry using the LSI method.
• Inspecting, maintaining, and diagnosing issues with pool equipment.
• Communicating with clients and reporting necessary repairs.
• Adhering to assigned route schedules and accurately documenting service details.

Requirements:

• Must possess a personal, insured pickup truck (this is a mandatory condition).
• Valid driver\'s license.
• Demonstrated reliability and self-initiative.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds and working in an outdoor environment.
• Eagerness to learn and a strong aptitude for collaborative teamwork.

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting wage of $25 per hour during the training period.
• Rate increases to $28 per hour upon completion of training.
• Compensation for mileage driven.

• One week of paid vacation annually during the Christmas to New Year\'s period.
• A second week of vacation becomes available after one year of service, and a third week after two years.
