Now Hiring: Full-Time Technician for Pressure Washing and Outdoor Maintenance

Compensation: $22 to $25 per hour

Our company is looking for dependable and driven individuals to join our team in a full-time capacity, specializing in pressure washing and exterior maintenance services. This position involves physical outdoor work, the operation of pressure washing machinery, and the safe handling of a truck and trailer combination.

Essential Requirements:

• Possession of a valid driver\'s license and a history of safe driving is mandatory.
• Previous experience in safely towing and maneuvering a trailer.
• Submission of professional references is required.
• Must maintain a neat and professional image.
• Must be available to work on weekdays and weekends according to business needs.
• Adaptable schedule and a dedicated approach to work.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English competently for the purposes of reporting and team communication.

Primary Duties:

• Use pressure washing equipment to clean a variety of surfaces including walkways, structures, and public or private property features.
• Transport a truck and trailer to designated work locations.
• Monitor and preserve the tidiness of public spaces by collecting trash, cigarette ends, and other waste from sidewalks, street edges, and alleyways.
• Eliminate graffiti, stickers, and illegal postings from street furniture such as lamp posts, waste receptacles, and newspaper dispensers.
• Recognize and document damaged public property, graffiti on private premises, and other issues requiring maintenance.
• Stay vigilant regarding any unusual or illegal activities, reporting such events to authorities with precise details.
• Engage politely with the public, providing help, directions, or general information about the area.
• Prepare simple daily activity reports outlining work performed and notable observations.
• Uphold a professional and constructive attitude in line with company guidelines.
• Work will be conducted mostly on foot over an eight-hour period, with allotted rest breaks.
• Execute all tasks in various weather conditions; necessary protective equipment will be supplied.
