We are currently seeking a part-time Dental Assistant to join our welcoming dental office in Reseda. The successful applicant will have solid experience in dental assisting and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during a range of procedures, such as general dentistry, endodontic, and prosthodontic treatments.
- Prepare and organize operatories for patient care.
- Perform radiographic imaging as needed for diagnosis.
- Maintain instrument sterilization protocols and manage supply inventory.
- Take alginate impressions for the fabrication of crowns and dentures.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated previous work as a dental assistant.
- Competency in capturing dental x-rays.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
