Medical Assistant Position (Encino)

We are looking for a dependable and empathetic Medical Assistant to become part of our outpatient clinic in Encino. The perfect candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering outstanding patient care while assisting our clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Escorting patients to exam rooms and recording vital signs
• Preparing patients for physician assessment
• Aiding during medical procedures
• Giving injections under appropriate supervision
• Completing medical records and documentation using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Managing appointment scheduling, patient outreach, and follow-up communications
• Ensuring examination rooms are clean and fully supplied
• Providing support for administrative and clinical duties as required

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of experience working as a Medical Assistant
• Excellent interpersonal and patient service abilities
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems
• Proficiency at handling multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus
