In this role, technicians will be tasked with preparing apartment units for new tenants and performing necessary repairs.

Applicants are required to possess prior experience in maintenance and repair work. A fundamental ability to communicate in English is necessary, along with the capability to accurately complete timesheets for hours worked across multiple properties, fulfill work orders, and respond to email correspondence.

This role offers scheduling flexibility, allowing for either on-site or off-site work arrangements. The compensation package includes the option for rent-free on-site housing, competitive hourly wages, and medical benefits.
