Hiring Field Representatives, $25 per Hour Plus Bonus (Southern California, Los Angeles County)

Job Description:

We are seeking Field Representatives to conduct visits to residential properties in Southern California that are undergoing foreclosure or are in the auction phase. The primary responsibility involves engaging with property owners to present them with an opportunity to lease their backyard space for our initiative.

Our company will supply a monthly roster of designated properties for visitation. You will operate autonomously while upholding a professional representation of our organization.

Work Schedule:

• Days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Hours: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Approximately 20 hours per week

Requirements:

• Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver\'s license.
• Demonstrated reliability, self-motivation, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be at ease conversing with homeowners.
