Position Overview:
Our expanding team is looking for a Personal Injury Case Manager Assistant. The successful applicant will offer administrative and case-related support to our Case Managers, facilitating efficient case advancement and superior client care.
Primary Duties:
- Support Case Managers with daily case-related activities, such as file coordination, data input, and document handling.
- Communicate with clients, healthcare providers, and insurance firms as instructed.
- Arrange appointments, schedule follow-ups, and manage case calendars.
- Draft, prepare, and dispatch correspondence, letters, and reports.
- Monitor medical records, invoices, and other documents pertinent to cases.
- Assist Case Managers with special projects and additional administrative tasks as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Superior organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Prior experience in a legal office, personal injury field, or medical billing is advantageous.
- A professional, courteous, and client-oriented attitude.
