Position Overview:

Our expanding team is looking for a Personal Injury Case Manager Assistant. The successful applicant will offer administrative and case-related support to our Case Managers, facilitating efficient case advancement and superior client care.

Primary Duties:

  • Support Case Managers with daily case-related activities, such as file coordination, data input, and document handling.
  • Communicate with clients, healthcare providers, and insurance firms as instructed.
  • Arrange appointments, schedule follow-ups, and manage case calendars.
  • Draft, prepare, and dispatch correspondence, letters, and reports.
  • Monitor medical records, invoices, and other documents pertinent to cases.
  • Assist Case Managers with special projects and additional administrative tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Superior organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Prior experience in a legal office, personal injury field, or medical billing is advantageous.
  • A professional, courteous, and client-oriented attitude.
