An in-house attorney position is available for individuals who are semi-retired, located in either Orange County or Los Angeles. The role involves the drafting and editing of a wide range of legal materials. These materials encompass leases, contracts, buy-sell agreements, pleadings, general correspondence, and the management of legal calendars.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for a highly proficient and seasoned Corporate Counsel to become a member of our team. Applicants must possess a minimum of three to five years of relevant professional experience.

• The candidate must be competent in managing legal transactions from their initial stages to their final conclusion.
• Attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines are essential qualities.
• Superior writing abilities and a strong professional ethic are mandatory; submission of a writing sample will be required.
• A comprehensive understanding of strategic management and planning is necessary.

Position Details

This role can be structured on either a full-time or part-time basis, according to the preference of the selected candidate.
