This pivotal position involves converting intricate medical and legal data into persuasive, strategically crafted demand letters. Your work will be instrumental in securing substantial settlements for clients who have sustained injuries.

Responsibilities

  • Draft coherent and compelling demand letters utilizing case documentation and medical histories.
  • Accurately and empathetically articulate the emotional and financial consequences of client injuries.
  • Summarize medical treatments and itemize damages.
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and case managers to develop demand strategies.
  • Monitor the progress of submitted demand packages.
  • Communicate with clients and healthcare providers to collect additional necessary information.

Qualifications

  • Required
    • Superior grammatical and writing abilities.
    • Effective time management and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Preferred
    • Understanding of medical documentation and personal injury terminology.
    • Competence with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Filevine software.
    • Prior experience in personal injury demand writing, legal copywriting, or insurance claim procedures.
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
