We are a well-regarded employment litigation defense firm located in Burbank. Our practice focuses on representing public entities and agencies in civil litigation matters. We are currently in search of an attorney with over five years of experience in employment litigation, encompassing all phases of case management and legal proceedings. Our firm operates on a fully remote basis.

Desired Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive experience managing cases from inception to resolution. This includes handling demurrers, drafting answers and pleadings, managing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, making court appearances, interviewing witnesses, preparing law and motion work, and getting cases ready for trial. Strong demonstrated abilities in legal research, analysis, and the drafting of motions and pleadings are essential. Experience with trials and prior work for public entities will be considered advantageous.

Gaps in employment history are not a concern. We welcome applications from attorneys interested in full-time, part-time, salaried, or contract positions. The hourly compensation range is between $85 and $100, determined by the individual\'s level of experience and skill set.
