Full-Time Position – Temporary with Hire Potential

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Starting Wage: $17.81 per hour

A premier cosmetics manufacturer and distributor located in Pacoima is currently seeking diligent Picker and Packers to become part of their operations team.

Summary:

The role involves preparing customer orders for shipment. Using requisition and order documents, the selected individual will accurately select a range of products, following detailed guidelines to place and organize items into appropriate containers. Duties include inspecting containers for any damage and verifying that the correct items and quantities have been gathered. The position is responsible for ensuring all outgoing shipments are accurate and free of defects.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-organized workspace.
• Accurately pick orders according to request sheets.
• Seal and label containers, verify order accuracy, and sign off on pick tickets to confirm completion.
• Attach correct shipping documentation and transfer finished orders to the designated shipping zone.
• Position containers onto pallets and secure them using stretch wrap, shrink wrap, and strapping materials.

Requirements:

• Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
• Must be physically agile and dexterous.
• Demonstrate strong organizational abilities.
• Capable of standing for the full duration of the work shift.
