Position Overview

Our company is looking for a meticulous and driven Purchasing Coordinator to oversee the acquisition of materials, guarantee prompt order completion, and facilitate clear communication among suppliers, warehouse personnel, and internal departments. This position is essential for sustaining inventory movement, enhancing operational effectiveness, and ensuring precise and timely deliveries and customer support.

Primary Duties

  • Material Acquisition: Identify and buy materials according to company requirements and financial plans. Assess potential suppliers and negotiate costs, conditions, and shipment timelines.
  • Order Administration: Generate and manage purchase orders with precision. Track order progress and liaise with vendors to confirm on-time delivery. Address any issues concerning pricing, amounts, or delivery schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain consistent communication with warehouse employees to verify stock quantities and delivery timetables. Manage incoming shipments and ensure correct paperwork and labeling. Help predict material requirements based on production plans.
  • Supplier Management: Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with vendors and service partners. Monitor supplier performance and offer input to enhance service standards.
  • Records and Analysis: Examine and confirm purchase documentation, bills, and delivery confirmations. Keep accurate procurement records and produce routine summaries for leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated background in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordination.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Superior communication and negotiation skills.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and procurement software (such as ERP platforms).
  • Capacity to work cooperatively with diverse teams.

Additional Valued Skills

  • Previous involvement in logistics or warehouse activities.
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems.
  • Bilingual proficiency.

Ideal candidates are organized, communicative, and proficient in Excel and Outlook.
