We are seeking two Assemblers with specific experience in SMT and through-hole soldering. Candidates must be able to successfully pass a soldering proficiency test.

Job Summary

Our dynamic team is looking for a skilled Mechanical Assembler. The successful candidate will be tasked with the precise assembly and fabrication of mechanical components, requiring a keen eye for detail. This position demands a solid grasp of various assembly methods and proficiency with hand tools and electronic parts. The Mechanical Assembler is essential for maintaining our high-quality standards and ensuring timely product delivery.

Responsibilities

1. Assemble mechanical parts following provided specifications and blueprints.
2. Fabricate components using hand tools, machinery, and soldering methods.
3. Handle printed circuit boards (PCBs) and guarantee compliance with IPC 610 standards.
4. Use measuring tools like calipers and ohmmeters to check dimensions and electrical characteristics.
5. Perform electrical wiring duties, which include connecting logic controllers and other electronic devices.
6. Carry out quality inspections during the assembly process to uphold product integrity.
7. Work with team members to resolve assembly challenges and enhance procedures.
8. Keep the workspace clean and orderly to ensure safety and efficiency.

Experience

• Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a similar field is preferred.
• Familiarity with surface mount technology (SMT) is beneficial.
• Competence in using hand tools, soldering equipment, and measuring instruments.
• Understanding of electrical wiring techniques and logic controllers is a plus.
• Ability to effectively interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong focus on detail and a dedication to producing quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to work well independently or collaboratively.
