Precision Metal Straightening Technician (Westlake Village)

Rantec Microwave Systems, Inc. is currently seeking a Precision Metal Straightener and Fabricator to join its team.
In this role, you will work with a high degree of autonomy to shape and align Metal Aerospace Assemblies, ensuring all work conforms to provided drawings, written specifications, and customer requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Familiarity with fundamental precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators, is preferred.
- An understanding of how to interpret mechanical drawings is advantageous.
- Must be self-directed in maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
- Must be capable of keeping all related paperwork and documentation organized.
- For outstanding candidates, the company may offer certain training opportunities.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
Relevant Work Background:
Individuals with pertinent prior experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Previous hands-on experience in fabricating sheet metal components through cutting, bending, forming, drilling, and riveting.
- Backgrounds in automotive body repair or dent removal technician roles may also be considered.
