Job Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented and analytical E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager to develop and expand our digital sales avenues within the dynamic apparel industry. This position is central to formulating and managing the strategy, implementation, performance, and upkeep of our Direct-to-Consumer online platforms as well as external marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and Target+. The perfect candidate will blend analytical prowess with creative thinking, possess a deep understanding of digital brand development for apparel, and excel in a cooperative, high-energy workplace.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

E-Commerce Strategy and Management

  • Take full responsibility for optimizing the performance of the company\'s Shopify-based e-commerce websites.
  • Direct user experience and interface enhancements to boost conversion rates, decrease bounce rates, and improve the overall customer journey.
  • Oversee product presentation, catalog organization, pricing strategies, supplemental sales opportunities, and timely content refreshes aligned with seasonal campaigns.
  • Examine sales funnel data and customer interaction patterns utilizing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Triple Whale, or native Shopify reports.
  • Partner with internal teams on promotional site activities, A/B testing, landing page development, and new product introductions.

Marketplace Operations Management

  • Supervise daily activities on external marketplaces, encompassing inventory management for FBA, product listings, pricing, content refinement, and promotional deals.
  • Work alongside fulfillment and logistics departments to guarantee adherence to marketplace service level agreements regarding shipping and delivery timelines.
  • Keep track of key marketplace performance indicators, including year-over-year sales, session metrics, Buy Box ownership, advertising return on ad spend, customer reviews, and seller ratings.
  • Execute competitive pricing and product assortment tactics to increase market share and profitability.

Digital Marketing Leadership

  • Strategize and oversee third-party agencies responsible for paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and affiliate networks.
  • Supervise search engine optimization strategy, content planning, and the editorial calendar to increase organic website traffic.
  • Manage the planning, coordination, and approval processes for email marketing and SMS initiatives, handled by an external agency using Yotpo, including audience segmentation, automated workflows, and campaign analysis.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, freelance professionals, and influencers to ensure all marketing materials and messaging align with brand standards.
  • Utilize multi-touch attribution models to direct budget distribution and enhance key metrics such as customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, and customer lifetime value.

Performance Reporting and Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor key performance indicators for all digital channels, including return on ad spend, average order value, customer lifetime value, and conversion rates.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance summaries with actionable insights to senior management.
  • Employ tools like GA4, Triple Whale, Excel, Google Sheets, and advertising platform dashboards to assess trends and guide strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a similar discipline.
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, with a strong preference for background in the fashion or apparel industry.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience managing both proprietary direct-to-consumer websites and third-party marketplace accounts.
  • Robust analytical abilities and fluency with e-commerce platforms, web analytics software, and digital advertising tools.
  • Ability to initiate action and effectively convey strategic findings and proposals.
  • Practical experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Yotpo, Walmart Seller Central, and the Target Plus portal.
  • Outstanding project management and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for the apparel industry, consumer psychology, data analysis, and creating exceptional online shopping experiences.
