First-year professionals typically earn over $90,000 on average. Those with experience average $135,000 annually, while management roles offer earnings of $275,000 or more. The role includes earned incentive trips and bonuses. With new offices launching in Southern California, we are in a major growth phase and require strong leaders and producers.
