We are currently hiring a Manager to oversee a department, requiring at least one year of relevant experience. The role involves leading our team of Call Center Appointment Setters, with a focus on ensuring smooth and efficient daily dispatch operations. Primary Duties
- Provide supervision, training, and guidance to appointment setting staff to help them meet team objectives and performance standards.
- Manage the allocation and dispatch of appointments to field agents or sales personnel, considering their schedules and assigned regions.
- Oversee call center operations to guarantee professional call handling and accurate appointment bookings.
- Review performance data and daily reports to enhance scheduling practices and increase appointment success rates.
- Address and resolve any problems or escalations concerning the appointment setting or dispatch procedures.
- Collaborate with senior management to formulate and implement strategies for ongoing operational enhancement.
- Keep thorough and current records of all appointments and team member performance.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated background working in a call center, with prior supervisory or managerial experience being a strong advantage.
- Outstanding leadership qualities coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Superior organizational capabilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity and comfort with customer relationship management (CRM) and scheduling software platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and adjust to shifting priorities.
- A high school diploma is mandatory; an associate or bachelor\'s degree is viewed favorably.
