Our contemporary, patient-focused dental office in Culver City is seeking a sociable and approachable Community Engagement and Marketing Liaison to enhance our visibility within the local area. We are eager to connect with individuals who excel at interpersonal communication, fostering relationships, and establishing positive community ties.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Engage with nearby businesses, educational institutions, financial centers, fitness facilities, retail stores, and community groups to present our practice.
• Provide details regarding our dental services and accepted insurance plans, while distributing promotional items such as business cards, informational pamphlets, and oral care samples.
• Cultivate and sustain lasting connections with business managers, human resources personnel, and other staff members.
• Coordinate and plan educational sessions, oral health presentations, and local events.
• Act as a representative for our practice at neighborhood markets, festivals, and public gatherings.
• Establish collaborative partnerships and referral programs with area businesses.
• Monitor community engagement activities, potential patient inquiries, and subsequent communications.
• Occasionally take photographs or video content for social media platforms (this is preferred but not mandatory).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Possesses a congenial and assured demeanor, with ease in initiating conversations.
• Demonstrates superior verbal communication abilities and a talent for building rapport.
• Exhibits strong organizational skills, self-initiative, and dependability.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, community outreach, customer service, or hospitality is beneficial, though not a prerequisite.
• Must have consistent personal transportation and reside in or near Culver City.
