Our specialized law practice in West Los Angeles is seeking an imaginative, dependable, and meticulous Social Media Content Creator to assist in establishing and expanding our visibility on Instagram and TikTok.

Our goal is to enhance audience interaction, increase our follower base, and distribute material that captures the character and expertise of our practice. You will operate behind the scenes to produce and oversee premium content. While you will not appear on camera, your creative vision and editing skills will define our digital image.

Responsibilities include:

• Recording content within the office environment (photos and videos of the team, workspace, and daily activities)
• Editing short-form video content (such as Reels, TikToks, and Stories) and still images
• Developing and scheduling posts for social media platforms
• Crafting compelling captions that align with our brand
• Keeping up-to-date with current trends and proposing innovative creative concepts
• Assisting in boosting interaction and follower growth on Instagram and TikTok
• Upholding a uniform visual style and brand voice

Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses experience in creating and editing content for professional or service-oriented brands
• Proficient with video editing software (for example, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
• Demonstrates a polished, contemporary aesthetic and a strong eye for detail
• At ease with guiding content production without appearing on camera
• Available to work on-site in West Los Angeles when necessary
• Knowledgeable about social media scheduling tools and basic performance metrics

Hours & Compensation:

• Adaptable part-time schedule
• Some in-office work is required
• Compensation will reflect the candidate\'s level of experience
