We are actively seeking a talented Photo Retoucher with expert proficiency in Photoshop to join our team on a contract and commission basis.

About Us: We are a luxury photography studio, owned and operated by women, that specializes in maternity, newborn, family, and boudoir portraiture.

About You: A creative visual professional capable of transforming raw images into refined, production-ready final products.

Responsibilities:

• Retouch, color-correct, and enhance photographs to align with brand and client expectations.
• Perform advanced skin and body retouching while preserving natural textures and details.
• Carry out complex compositing, masking, and image cleanup tasks.
• Provide consistent, high-quality edits within established deadlines.
• Communicate effectively and manage personal time within company workflows as an independent contractor.
• Archive images in an online database.

Requirements:

• Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines without direct supervision.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Substantial experience working with diverse skin tones, textures, and color grading.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Firefly or Midjourney is a significant advantage.
• Reliable communication skills and a willingness to ask questions or propose solutions.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of retouching abilities.

This is a remote, contract-based role offering a competitive commission-driven compensation structure.
