We are seeking a Florist and Designer with a passion for floral arrangements, a positive demeanor, and an interest in developing their career alongside a boutique floral studio located in San Gabriel.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, imaginative, and adept at handling fresh flowers. This is a part-time role with the possibility of transitioning to full-time employment. Only applicants with prior florist experience will be considered. Additional compensation includes gratuities and bonuses during peak seasons.

Position: Florist / Floral Designer

Hours: Approximately 20 to 25 hours per week, with increased hours during holiday periods. Compensation will be determined according to skill level and relevant experience.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in bouquet wrapping and creating floral arrangements.
• Dependable, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and attentive to details.
• Ability to process flowers, manage customer orders, and maintain organization within the floral cooler.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to the shop\'s specific style and quality standards.
• Comfortable with prolonged periods of standing and wrapping tasks.
