About This Job

Our company is a premium online retailer specializing in genuine vintage handbags, apparel, and accessories. We are currently seeking hosts to lead our daily live streaming broadcasts.

The starting pay during the initial 30-day training period is $30 per hour. Upon completing training and operating independently, compensation remains at $30 per hour with the possibility of an additional non-commission bonus at the month\'s end. We provide an extensive 30-day sales training program and supply memorization scripts designed to optimize sales performance. As a fast-expanding business, we have achieved over $2 million in sales in under two years.

Job Responsibilities

• Memorize and deliver provided scripts, with the opportunity to incorporate personal adaptations after the training period to further enhance sales abilities.
• Following each broadcast, you will be responsible for packing sold items, preparing them for shipment, and delivering packages to the post office for scanning. Access to a personal vehicle is required.
• You must be at ease on camera, exhibit enthusiasm and an outgoing demeanor, and maintain patience when repeating information for new viewers.
• An interest in authentic vintage luxury handbags is beneficial but not essential, as our scripts are crafted to facilitate sales regardless of prior knowledge.

Position Details

• We are hiring for both full-time and part-time roles. A consistent schedule and punctual attendance are mandatory.
• Arriving late, even by one minute, may lead to immediate dismissal. If you cannot commit to consistent punctuality, we advise against applying.

Additional Requirements

• Due to the high value of our inventory, all hires must pass a background check.
• The workplace is under continuous video surveillance and monitored by live security and multiple security systems, with the exception of a single private restroom.
• Signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required.
