Dottie\'s Flowers is seeking a full-time Flower Processor to join its team. This role is essential for preserving the quality and freshness of the floral inventory. The individual will handle the receipt, unpacking, cleaning, and preparation of all floral products for both the design team and the sales floor.

Primary Duties:

• Accept incoming flower shipments and conduct quality and freshness inspections.
• Unpack, hydrate, and properly condition all flowers and greenery.
• Recut stems, remove unnecessary foliage, and sort items by variety and color.
• Keep work areas clean and orderly, ensuring all buckets and tools are sanitized each day.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform management of any product needs or shortages.
• Assist designers and sales personnel by ensuring flowers are correctly prepared and presented.

Qualifications:

• Meticulous attention to detail with the capacity to work effectively in a dynamic setting.
• Ability to remain standing for extended periods and handle perishable goods.
• Previous experience in floral work or retail is advantageous, though not mandatory.
